How to Stop Eating Less Air to Help Reduce Gas?

You may not be able to completely prevent straws. But is it possible to prevent hay and sip straight from the glass? When you sip, you still consume recurring air that is there in the oral cavity area, but that would still be less than using the hay.

Reducing the quantity of fizzy drinks would help decrease the unwanted gas. The regular burp after consuming fizzy drinks may cause you to feel that you have gotten rid of all the gas, but that is not always the case. As described previously, at least some quantity of gas is going to journey to the colon.

The huge abdominal walls is good at taking in fumes existing in the colon. In fact a lot of the fumes that are created in the colon because of the microbial fermentation are consumed back by the colon walls.

Colon walls will also process air if it happens to journey to the colon. One of the methods to activate the colon walls to process more air and fumes is work out. Exercise energizes the colon walls to process more of the fumes.
